Shop and Establishment Act

NOC from State Pollution Control Board
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the State Pollution Control Board is a document that certifies that the proposed activities of a business or organization do not violate the norms and standards set by the pollution control board. In India, businesses and organizations that have the potential to generate pollution need to obtain an NOC from the State Pollution Control Board before starting their operations.

Fire Safety clearance from Local Fire Department
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the State Disaster Response & Fire Services Department may be required for certain activities related to fire safety.
